By accessing or using the Pump or Light app and IoT unit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

You are responsible for the correct installation, configuration, and use of the Pump or Light IoT unit. The device is designed for remote control of electrical appliances, including pumps and lights, and must be used in compliance with local safety regulations and within its technical specifications.

Users assume full responsibility for how the IoT unit is used, and any consequences resulting from misconfiguration or human error.
We may release firmware or app updates from time to time to improve performance or security. It is your responsibility to ensure the device stays updated. Internet connectivity may be required for full functionality. Offline mode requires proper setup through the local web interface.
The app may collect user data such as email and address during registration and display Google Play Ads. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app or related services if you violate these Terms or use the device in a harmful or unauthorized way.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app and device after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
